After the success of last years Game Music Connect conference we were proud to be a partner for this years event held on the 24th September. Would-be composers, sound designers and audio aficionados from all over the globe packed in to the Southbank Centre’s Purcell room for a day of open forums, demonstrations and in depth interviews with some of the most accomplished and respected composers in the industry.
We’ve heard the sad news that stockists of Time+Space products DV247, formerly known as Digital Village, have been placed in administration with a new company arising from the ashes owned entirely by German retail giants Music Store.
Today, the Anaheim convention centre opens its doors for the 112th (no, that’s not a typo!) annual Winter NAMM show and we wait with much excitement to hear what the world’s music software brands have got up their sleeves for the year ahead. Located in the old downtown of Ghent in Belgium, the Play & Produce took place on Saturday inside of the historical Vooruit building, a beautiful and unusual place for a DJ and producer show. Last weekend (2-4 October) Time+Space attended top DJ show BPM at the Birmingham NEC. This was our first year exhibiting at BPM where we shared a stand with one of the UK’s largest DJ retailers Westend DJ.
